The Development Standards Manual for Subdivision Servicing provides information to the construction and home building industry regarding the standards governing the design of subdivisions as required by the City of Regina.
The manual does not attempt to set rigid standards; rather it provides you with guidelines to the requirements of the City of Regina. Where the design of a subdivision dictates that these guidelines are not attainable, sound engineering practices should prevail in order to reach a satisfactory solution.
